IPL

The pulsed light, also known as IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), emits a mix of polychromatic and various wavelengths. Depending on the wavelength it can be used for hair removal in addition to Facial Photorejuvenation or Acne treatments. The IPL treatment reduces the appearance of sun spots, capillaries, elastosis and fine lines with a safe light that is partially absorbed by melanin.

Facial Photorejuvenation

It is one of the most demanded treatments to achieve facial rejuvenation, aged by exposure to sunlight, environmental factors or tobacco and with loss of luminosity, achieving recovery of facial tone and light, elimination of wrinkles.

Facial aging is to decrease the fibers of collagen and elastin. The heat generated by Intense Pulsed Light stimulates the production of collagen and elastin producing a noticeable improvement in the face.

Facial photorejuvenation with ipl can be performed on the face, neckline or hands and has an approximate duration of 40 minutes, is usually done every 2 weeks and usually it takes between 4 and 6 sessions to have optimal results. Normally we usually combine it with Radiofrequency or Virtual Mesotherapy techniques and Hyaluronic Acid or Rosehip cream having spectacular results.

The treatment is painless and safe treatment and is only discouraged if there is a direct and prolonged facial exposure one month before the treatment. It is advised to finish the application of sun protection.

Stains

The spots are usually produced by prolonged sun exposure or high hormonal levels such as during pregnancy and aesthetically they can be annoying.

Intense pulsed light is the most effective technique to eliminate and blur them. It is based on the absorption of the light spot pigment producing a thermocoagulation of it without affecting adjacent tissue.

Normally we will need a treatment between 4 and 6 sessions spaced every 2 weeks.
