Demelan consists of Alpha-Arbutin (which is found in the leaves of bearberry, cranberry and mulberry shrubs), Glycolic acid (which acts as a peeling agent and helps in shedding the outer dead or shattered layer of dermis) and kojic acid (which decreases the production of melanin in the skin and lightens the skin colour). Together, all these ingredients work effectively on the skin and make it look lighter, brighter and healthy.
